I've had a lovely day, sewing to my heart's content and making a bit of a thready mess. I also tidied my 'playroom' as there was nowhere left to walk without danger LOL. So I've got a couple of things that I want to list on ebay -- and I'll post them later.
I can remember when Good Friday was a day of fasting and NO meat. I've meandered a long way away from all that, and the good thing is "no guilt" - had chicken for tea! And I didn't give anything up for Lent..........

ReplyDeleteI can remember when Good Friday was a proper day off, these days it is like any other and Easter is just an opportunity for shops to get us buying. Tsk.
We even have to go into university on monday, which I have been doing for the past 3 years - woo-hoo maybe next Easter will be normal for me, yayyy!
