Foodies Observation

Tomatoes and oregano make it Italian

Wine and tarragon make it French

Sour cream makes it Russian

Lemon and cinnamon make it Greek

Soy sauce makes it Chinese

Garlic makes it good

    Got some growing on my allotment for next year..really easy to grow...keeping the flavours in, inside their snow-blanket.

    In fact you would put garlic into all of those different cuisines.

  2. Garlic's always an important ingredient in my cooking, Sue - I'm Italian [laugh]

    I picked wild garlic in the woods and it was milder but still delicious - have you ever tried it? I'll bet your home-grown garic will be tasty!!
